Feeling under pressure, tired of everything and everyone, mentally and physically exhausted, there was no doubt, I was in a burnout.
At a complete loss and feeling powerless, I began to read any material I could come across to get out of it. Self-care became a priority and to add to my psychology research I certified in Mindfulness in 2018 to deepen my understanding.
Yet I was still overwhelmed trying to find my purpose and true happiness while comparing myself to others and got swept into all these methods, journals and advice full of unorganised answers and mixing everything up.
Rooting in mindfulness methodology of focusing on the now, I started to shape an organic and minimalistic path to rediscover who I was and where I wanted to go. Step by step, deepening my reflection to not getting it all, but getting it right. Lifefulness was born.
Why a journal:
The act of writing means your right brain and left brain work together, activating a whole brain approach to manifesting a goal. Images and illustrations add colour to your goal and create visualisation.
